SEO for hotels · Varna and the coast

More direct bookings for your hotel, guest house or apartment

Every booking through Booking.com carries a commission. We make sure guests find your own website too, in Bulgarian, English, Russian, Romanian and German.

The problem

Your guest sees you, but books elsewhere

When someone searches “hotel Varna” or “rooms Golden Sands”, the first results are usually booking platforms. Your hotel is there, but inside their frame, with their commission and with competitors on the next line. The guest hasn’t even visited your website.

A direct booking is better for both sides: you don’t pay a percentage to the platform, and the guest can get better terms. But to reach you, your website has to appear in searches, look convincing and allow a quick enquiry or booking.

That’s why SEO for hotels isn’t just “getting into Google”. It’s work on making guests choose your property and message you or book directly.

First impressions matter too. Many guests open the website on a phone, so photos must load fast and prices and terms must be easy to find. If a guest can’t tell within a few seconds whether there’s availability and what it costs, they go back to the platform.

What we do

Four directions for your property

We pick them by priority, depending on your website and the season you’re in.

Multilingual website

Versions in Bulgarian, English, Russian, Romanian and German: not machine translation but texts that sound natural. Language versions linked correctly, so Google shows the right language to the right guest.

Google Maps and Hotel

A complete Google Business profile: categories, amenities, photos, price ranges and replies to reviews. We also help the property show up in the hotel block when people search with dates.

Reviews

An easy way for guests to leave a Google review after their stay. Short, calm replies to each one, critical ones included.

Pages for rooms and places

A separate page for each room type, for the services and for the surroundings: beach, sights, how to get there. These are the pages that attract searches beyond the hotel’s name.

The season

We work before the season, not in the middle of it

Demand for seaside accommodation changes through the year. Guests plan their holiday weeks, often months ahead, so pages must be ready and indexed before the peak, not when there are no free rooms left.

We don’t stop out of season: it’s the time for deeper work: new pages, photos, technical fixes, writing texts in other languages. That’s when the website is prepared to collect bookings next summer.

For guest houses and apartments with few rooms there’s a different logic too: you don’t need to compete with big hotels for the general terms. Exact searches work better: for a specific neighbourhood, beach or type of accommodation.

Website structure

Which pages a hotel needs

  • A home page with a clear booking call to action
  • A separate page for each room or apartment type
  • Prices and terms, in a visible place
  • A gallery of good, optimised photos
  • A “How to get here” page and the surroundings
  • Guest reviews and replies
  • All the main pages in every language
  • A quick enquiry or booking without extra steps
Questions

Frequently asked questions

Ask a question →
Can SEO replace Booking.com?

It doesn’t need to. Platforms are useful for new guests, especially at the start. The goal is for part of the bookings to go directly through your website, reducing your dependence on commissions.

Do I need a website in several languages?

If you host guests from abroad, yes. Someone searching in English, German or Romanian usually wants to see information in their own language, and Google shows exactly such pages. We start with the languages of the guests you already have.

How much does a hotel website cost?

The price is fixed after a free consultation, because it depends on the languages, the number of rooms and whether a booking system is needed. A brochure site starts from €490 for a smaller property.

How do reviews affect rankings?

The number and quality of Google reviews affect how your profile appears in Maps and whether a guest chooses you. We don’t buy or invent reviews; we help you collect real ones.

Do you work with properties outside Varna?

Yes, along the whole coast and in the region within 200 km, for example Nessebar, Balchik or Burgas. Meetings are in Varna or online.

Do you guarantee first place?

No. A Google position can’t honestly be guaranteed. We guarantee a plan, work every month and a report with real figures from Google Search Console.
